NEARC meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of every month 11:30 am -1 pm.
This program is organized exclusively for advocacy, charitable, and educational purposes, more specifically dedicated to addressing issues experienced by citizens returning to the general population after a period of incarceration.
NEARC will be committed to empowering returning citizens for a productive life through advocacy, education, awareness, system navigation, stigma reduction and collaboration.
